Patricia Ann “Pat” Imler died late Saturday evening July 30, 2016 at the Presbyterian Village at Hollidaysburg.

            She was born March 2, 1934 in Altoona a daughter of the late George F. and Dorothy (Shugarts) Steurer.

            Surviving are three daughters, Cathy S. Glashauser and her husband Mike of Altoona; LeeAnn Lightner and her husband Bill of Claysburg; Connie L. Counsman and her husband Patrick of Hollidaysburg; a sister Janet Skonier of Hollidaysburg; a nephew Rick Skonier of Altoona; and special friends Janet and Carol.

            Pat was preceded in death by a grandson Michael John Glashauser on November 25, 2012.

            She was a 1952 graduate of Altoona High School.

            She retired as a clerk from the Blair County Courthouse after 30 years’ service and had previously been employed by Sheetz.

            Pat was an avid sports fan and reader. She also enjoyed fishing; travel; the beach and her dogs.

            A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

            In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1837 East Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona, PA 16602.
