Paul A. Bracken, Jr., 62 of Altoona died Sunday May 29, 2016 at his residence after a lengthy illness, formerly of Ebensburg. 
        He was born March 2, 1954 in Johnstown,  the son of the late Paul A. and Helen M. (Fox) Bracken, Sr. He married Debra L. Page on May 20, 2005 in VA. 
        Surviving are his wife, Debra; a step-daughter, Kristan Rightenour and husband Jim; a son, Dustin Bracken; two daughters, Carrie Franklin and Shannon Fatula; several grandchildren; and four brothers, Francis, Bob, Dave, and Brain Bracken. 
         Paul was a 1972 graduate of Central Cambria High School. 
         He was a cook at Red Lobster, Altoona. 
         Paul was a member of the Cambria Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps. 
         He enjoyed cooking, fishing, hunting, bowling, and golfing. 
         Friends will be received Friday June 3, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Myers-Somers Funeral Home, Inc., 501 Sixth Avenue, Altoona, PA 16602, where a memorial service will take place at 12:00 p.m. Friday with Pastor Duane Coy officiating.
