When Pastor Art Shotts was a student at Wesley Theological Seminary (1995-1996) Mowatt was his teaching congregation.
Even though time has passed we express our sympathy to you, his family. A pastor shares his life with his congregation in a way that no other profession does. We thank you for the time you gave us (when the pastor was away from family). Pastor Shotts spent hours with us his first congregation.
