Deborah Ann Dillon, 68 of Altoona, formerly of Weedville, died Wednesday September 27, 2017 at Charles Morris Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Pittsburgh.

            She was born September 8, 1949 in DuBois a daughter of the late Glenn and Elda (Chiappelli) Benigni. She married Dr. Michael J. Dillon in 1978 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Force, PA.

            Surviving are her husband; two children, son Sean Dillon of Mishawaka, IN; and daughter Ashley M. Czonstkowsky and her husband Mauricio of Pittsburgh; three sisters, Pam Pauline; Sharon Marshall and her husband Robert; and Maureen Viglione and her husband Tony.

            Deborah was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law, Thomas Pauline and Bruce Heigel.

            Mrs. Dillon was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Altoona.

            She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1971 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

            She was employed as a teacher aide at St. Rose of Lima School for ten years and previously was employed as a comptroller for MASCO Corporation.

            Deborah loved children.

            A memorial mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Saturday September 30, 2017 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with Rev. Brian Saylor officiating. Entombment will be made at Calvary Cemetery, Altoona.
