Sherri Ann (Stehley) Kelly

            Sherri Ann Kelly, 55 of Altoona died Sunday morning December 8, 2019 at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer.

            She was born August 10, 1964 in Altoona a daughter of the late Joseph Howard Stehley and Shirley Ann McLean. She married James E. Kelly on November 21, 1987 in Altoona.

            Surviving are her husband, James; three sons, Dennis J. Stehley; James F. Kelly; and Joshua J. Kelly (Kayla) all of Altoona; and eight grandchildren.

            Sherri was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Rose Kelly in January 2017.

            Mrs. Kelly attended Bethany Lutheran Church.

            She studied as a Certified Nurses Aide and was employed as such by UPMC Altoona for over eight years.

            Sherri enjoyed crafts, camping, four-wheeling and traveling to Florida. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

            Friends will be received from 1-5 p.m. Sunday December 15, 2019 at Myers-Somers Funeral Home, Inc., 501 Sixth Avenue, Altoona where a funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Brian Sandell officiating. Interment will be made at Blair Memorial Park, Bellwood.

            In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
