Jeffrey Dwayne McClaskey

            Jeffrey Dwayne McClaskey, 52 of Altoona died August 10, 2020 at UPMC Altoona.

            He was born September 9, 1967 in Altoona a son of the late Donald James, Jr., and Jane Elizabeth (Clapper) McClaskey.

            Surviving are a daughter Jamie Dawn McClaskey of Altoona; two grandchildren, Levi and Kayleigh; a sister Pamela Lynn (Andrew) of Tyrone; a sister-in-law Patti McClaskey of Williamsburg; a special nephew, Michael Young and numerous extended family.

            Jeffrey was preceded in death by a brother, Donald James McClaskey, III.

            Mr. McClaskey was a 1985 graduate of Altoona Area High School.

            He was a U.S. Army veteran serving with the 1st Infantry, 2nd Battalion, 34th Armored Regiment.

            He was employed as a painter by Union Tank Car Company.

            Jeffrey enjoyed war movies and gameshows.

            A future Celebration of Life is planned.
