Joseph Daniel Price

Joseph D. Price, 59, of Altoona, died unexpectedly Saturday afternoon July 10, 2021, at his home.

            He was born in Altoona, the son of the late Joseph Wesley Price and Dorothy Irene (Husband) Price-Campbell.

            Surviving are his fiancée, Letausha Orebaugh, with whom he resided; a son, Joseph C. Price; a stepdaughter, Shyanna Harper of Altoona; a grandson, Keyshawn Taylor; two brothers: Richard Davison (Karen) of Altoona and Robert Davison of Tucson, Ariz.; a special niece, Nevaeh Orebaugh of Altoona; and numerous nieces and nephews.

            He was preceded in death by his son, Casey D. Price, and his sister, Dorothy Lorraine Snyder.

            Mr. Price was a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. He was the owner and operator of his own trucking company for over 30 years, until his retirement.

            Joe enjoyed motorcycles and cars, especially “Mopar,” talking on the phone and spending time with his family and friends. Joe loved making people laugh, especially with his jokes.

            At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation or service.
