Joshua McGinnis Obituary

Joshua W. McGinnis, 39, Altoona, died early Tuesday morning.

He was born in Altoona, son of Bryan K. and Tisha McGinnis of Altoona and Mary Jane (Nagle) McGinnis of Florida.

Surviving are his parents; his paternal grandmother, Pauline McGinnis of Altoona; his “special girl,” daughter, Sierra A. McGinnis; and numerous extended family.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents.

Joshua was a 1998 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School. He was employed by Broadback Construction, where he worked for his father.

Josh enjoyed spending time with his daughter.

Private services for Joshua will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Myers-Somers Funeral Home Inc., 501 Sixth Ave., Altoona.
