Lindsay Ann Lasher

Lindsay Ann Lasher, 42, Altoona, died Thursday at her home. 

She was born in Altoona, daughter of Larry and Deborah Lasher.

Surviving are her fiance, Andrew Costea; a daughter, Blayne Zimmerman of Pittsburgh; a son, Kale Costea of Altoona; her parents of Altoona; a sister, Randi Lasher (Scott) Payne of York; and a brother, Brian (Kathleen) Lasher of Dover, Del. 

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, L. Niles and Norma Fishell; and her paternal grandparents, Leroy "Jack" and Pauline Lasher. 

Lindsay graduated from Hollidaysburg Area High School in 1995. She attended Mount Aloysius College and The Pennsylvania State University, where she studied nursing. She was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Altoona. 

Lindsay was an avid collector, a talented gymnast in her younger years, and most recently, had been a great help in caring for her mother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children, Blayne and Kale. 

Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday, February 10, 2020, at Myers-Somers Funeral Home Inc., 501 Sixth Ave., Altoona, where a funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday with Rev. Dennis Braun officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First National Bank in a fund for Blayne and Kale.
