William C. Weyandt

     William C. “Bundy” Weyandt, 52, Altoona, died October 24, 2021, after a brief illness.

     He was born in Altoona, the son of the late William B. Weyandt and Linda M. (Montgomery) Weyandt.

     Surviving is his mother and his daughter, Jewel M. Weyandt, both of Altoona.

     He was preceded in death by his uncle, Donald W. Montgomery, and his ex-wife and close friend, Jennifer Estep.

     William graduated in 1987 from Altoona Area High School and attended Lock Haven University.  He also served in the United States Army.

     William retired in January 2021 as a Sergeant from SCI Huntingdon State Prison after 30 years’ service.

     He enjoyed watching movies, listening to classic rock music and spending time with his family, especially Jewel.

     At the request of the family, there will not be services held at this time
